What Sets Patchwork Hub Apart?

The global pandemic has proven that people can produce remarkable results while working remotely. Remote work is effective, but there's still a missing piece – a mainstream recruitment solution that is accessible and inclusive for everyone..

Enter Patchwork Hub..

The vision of Patchwork Hub predates the pandemic, born from our founder Beth Kume-Holland's experience with chronic health conditions affecting her ability to work. Through her disability advocacy work, she discovered others facing similar challenges and aimed to create an effective tool to 'patch' the talent gap.

Patchwork Hub has evolved into a certified disabled-led social enterprise, with the majority of profits fueling our social mission. Although primarily used by people with disabilities, caregivers, parents, and recent graduates, our services are designed for all. Join our growing community of Patchworkers today and become part of the change. .
